The pie chart provides the data about the state expenditure with the whole budget of AED 315 million in UAE in the year of 2000. Overall, there are a lot of spending in various sectors.
First of all, the government spent more money in three main areas, which were social security, health and personal social service, and education, contributing to AED, 100, 53, and 38 billion respectively.
Conversely, the minority of spending can be seen in some sectors. A mere 23 million of either expenditure and debt interest made up the smaller part of the chart, followed, by 1 million spending in defence.
Moreover, under AED 20 million is used in law and order, housing herritage and environment, industry, agriculture & employment, and transport. Among the, a modest million of transport was the smallest segment compared to other sectors.
In conclusion, social security, health and personal service, and education were much more spent by UAE government than other areas described in the given diagram.
