The picture depicts the process of how to produce chipboard from wood and use it to construct furniture.
Overall, the process comprises two main steps, including preparation and production steps. In addition, the materials used to make chipboard are not only wood but also wax and glue, which are added to turn it into the final result.
At the beginning of the process, trees are cut down and trimmed into logs before being put in a machine, which will crush them into wood chips. Next, these wooden fragments will be transported to a steamer machine to dried with high temperatures in 24 hours and straightened to get rid of all humidity by charging the steam through a pipe of the mechanic. This step will help the latter furniture have better ages and qualities.
In the next step, these wood chips are stored from 1 to 4 weeks before moving to a mixed machine, where glue and wax are added. Then, these materials will be put on a shaping mold before being run on a conveyor belt to pressed into the final chipboards used for making furniture such as tables and chairs.
