Overall, it is clear that attendance to the gym of people from all ages increased signifanty between 1990 and 2010, but the most markable growth saw individuals who are over twenties.
Starting with 1990, the percentages of groups of young adults ( 18-24 ) and matures ( 25-35) made up around 15 and 5 percent, respectively; which means, in that period 18-24 aged people was more involved into the sport activites. However, after 1994 , the percentage of 25-34 aged adults rocketed up to approximately 20 percent of people, which two times more than its initial position. In the following years, the percantage of matures ( 25-34) continued to increase, and reached the highest point roughly in 2006; whereas young adults saw a gradual rise with small flactuations over the same period.
