Nowadays the information could be reached by everyone because of the advanced technology, offering people access to any type of content which some of them could be dangerous. This essay believes that politicians should regulate the type of content that is allowed to be posted on internet, mainly protecting children to view inappropiate content. However, the goverment shouldn’t take the control of the cyber space because that could affect the democracy and the current president could take advantage over that.

Meanwhile someone is looking for something in any browser could open a website that offer harmful content to children such as 18-older websites or websites with information encouraging people to damage theirself or even worse kill themself. Those kind of contents should be forbidden on internet since it may be easily reached by a child affecting their mind and their behaviour.

It is known that with internet more people have acces to more information about the goverment and politicians which could be good for some of them or can affect their reputation. Controlling the internet could affect the democracy of the nation because if one diplomatic is available to control websites he could use for his own benefit. A good example of this is Venezuela. Nowadays Venezuela’s president is taking control of the cyber space avoiding citizens to get information that isn’t good for his goverment.

In conclusion goverments should rule over the information that should be allowed on internet, forbidding bad contents, however the cyberspace should be free to everyone.
