Overall, the tendency is rising. In year 1999 Mexico had the lowest percentage people using online network, till the 2009 this country was still on the lowest position in comparison with two other regions. the US and Canada have started from the position where in Canada had a bit lower rate, however Canadian citizens increased the usage of the Internet and even overtook the main concurent – the US.
In years 1999 to 2002 statictic was the same, as at the start, but afret that Canada started to rapidly increase and overtook the US. In 2005 the usage in the US and Canada was the same, however, finally, Canada took the win. Although, Mexico was not a real particapent.
