To whom it may concern,

I am writing on behalf of my company, ABC Inc., in order to participate the seminar you are organizing this year. I would like to receive some detailed information before the program.

First, I am curious about the dates of the seminar since there is no trust-worthy information either in website or your social media accounts. This challenges me to put my schedule in order.

The other point is about the program. There are some information regaridng the content of the seminar, however, I was failed to reach any final layout of the program.

The last information I would like to draw your attention upon is the accommodation and the cost. Is there any determined place for us to stay, or will the attendees find the accommodation for themselves and pay for themselves.

Thank you in advance for your time answering my questions. I am looking forward to meeting you in person at the seminar.
