Austria held the second position, experiencing a minor drop from about 6.5% to 5%. In contrast, France remained steady at just over 6%, whereas Poland increased from 5% to nearly 6%.
Spain experienced a significant increase, rising from approximately 3% in 2009 to nearly 5% in 2010. Greece recorded the lowest figures, although its percentage almost doubled from about 1% to 2%. The EU average stood at around 4.5% in 2009 and rose slightly to approximately 5% the following year.
