Overall, the internet connection in all five cities experienced an upward trend, with Sydney having the fastest one. As for the types of network connection, the most preferrable one by Australian people was broadband.
To begin, wifi speed increased modestly between 2005 to 2015 in all four cities, whilst in Melbourne, it rose threefold and became approximately 6. The speed in Sydney started at more than 12 and rose to 14 after 10 years.
Turning to the internet connection, approximately 75% of the people used broadband while mobile users were only one of third. Only 1.48% choose to use Dial-up.
