Overall, the first two kinds of consumptions are relatively balanced and healthy, while dinner had the biggest percentage in sodium, and snacks had the largest percent in added sugar.
Looking into more detail, the first two meals of the day, breakfast and lunch, are more healthy as they are relatively balanced. Firstly, breakfast appears as the lightest kind of four kinds of meals, which contains between 13 and 16 percent of each nutrient. Secondly, people prefer to eat lunch at the rate from 20 to 28 percent, with added as the lowest and sodium as the highest.
Moreover, dinner and lunch appear to be less balanced. Out of all the consumptions, dinner shows the largest share in both sodium and saturated fat, accounting for 42% and 39%, respectively. However, when snacking, people mostly prefer to eat added sugar almost half, while it has slight percent in sodium and saturated food, made of 17% and 19% each.
