In our new society, gathering people to a job is more related through the social media, and some advertisment. Such way to encourage people to work, is the most clever way for applying new employees. There are plenty of advantages, and also disadvantages, so let me tell about some of them.
The main advantage is that – a lot of peoples are addicted to their phone nowdays, so they can doomscroll, and by some chance they can face a advertisement, or a post about a job that needs a employers. Which is a great strategy because we experiencing a century, where applying for a job became more easier. You can just send a text message about yourself, and skills that you have, and just wait untill the company, or place where you send your resume, will see what you got on your hand. And also, it helps the companies to reduce the amount of interviews, and select the peoples more precisely, rather than experiencing thousands of candidats, and maybe leave without any good workers.
But, there is also a lot of disadvantages. First of all, the candidat can’t really feel the atmosphere in the office, or peoples, which could surround him in his workplace. And also, it provides some problems with a fake resume, which can result in: unproffessional person, the liars (those who lied about their knowledge, or education), and just peoples that was bored, so they started sending their resume just for fun. But sometimes, there are a bunch of fake ads, which made to scam people in order to get some personal information and use them to make some illegal money. Which is, maybe the most controversal things in our lives. Company can’t believe people, and people can’t believe in company, is the main reason, why it’s so hard to transform this type of “flyers” to main resource to gather employers
