I recently attended your training course, but honestly I wasn’t satisfied with the course. And in this letter I’d like to tell you reason why I was unhappy with your course.

First of all, I noticed that my trainer starts the course late than usual, and it happens most of the time. That really made me anxious, since time of course is only one hour, and we always end it at right time. So comes up that the original time of our course is shorter.

Secondly, from now on I’d like to attend an individual course, of course – I bought a group course at first, however, I’ve changed my mind. The reason is that I couldn’t get enough information that I would like to get from this course. However, I heard that your course doesn’t have any individual courses.

So in this letter I would like to advice something, I hope the time of course will be longer and I hope that trainer will take more responsibility. Next one is I reckon that your company should have individual courses, I believe that most of people will buy exactly this type of coure if you guys will invent it. That it is all I wanted to say, thank you for attention.
