The given process diagram illustrates the whole process to paper recycling step by step.
Overall, it is evident that total four step involve in this process, which is commence with collecting used paper and culminate at getting ready recycled papers.
To begin with making pulp, in which used paper are dipped in water and other chemicals, followed by filtering. Afterwards, filtered pulp used to clean with the water and soap. There is air pump attached to container, which help in cleaning filtered pulp and remove ink through separate small pipe.
Further, clean pulp go for recycling through pipe in larger container which have heated rollers. In the four stage, recycling take place when clean pulp go through two heated rollers one by one to give it a proper shape for further use. During this process, water used to get eliminate through larger pipe below the rollers. Finally, recycled paper are ready to use.
