The illustration depicts the process by which bamboo plants are converted into a weave that can be used to produce clothes.
This is a man-made process consisting of nine distinct stages, beginning with the form of bamboo plants and ending when it transforms into clothing. Some water and chemical materials are used to soften the texture of the fibres.
The process starts when bamboo plants’ growth and development points with fertile numbers are easily found, especially in spring. These trees are then harvested in autumn, then cut into strips which make liquid pulp when being crushed.
Next, separation between long fibres and liquid will be carried out in a filtration process. At this point, the fibres will be added with water and amine oxide to make them softer. Once softened, they pull it all together by spinning it to make yarn. Once the yarn has turned into a weave, it can be used to make shirts, socks, and others.
