The pie charts compare the different types of communication training taken by workers in an international company and the reasons why participants attended this training. Units are measured in percentages.
Overall, it can be seen that the majority of employees took part in part-time training and main reasons for training are holiday and business travel.
In detail, the proportion of part-time training in the evening (39%) was far higher than part-time training at the weekend by 17%. The percentage of self-tuition comprised of 22%, while figures for intensive training and distant learning accounted for 12% and 5%, respectively.
With regard to the reasons why workers took part in the course, the largest percentage of employees took part in training for holiday travel. Moreover, for business travel the proportion of employees made up 17% and this percent higher than other reasons and personal interests at 13% and 14%, respectively. The smallest percentage of workers (10%) attended communication training for communicating with clients.
