Dear John,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the course that was recommended by you and I am not happy with it.

Firstly, last month I was joined a English speaking short term classes which was described by you. I was joined this course because I want to improve my communication skills and inhance the knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. This course was helpful for my future job. So I want to attended this course.

Furthermore, there are lots of reasons for my disappointment with the workshop. The first and the foremost was the size of the batches of the classes. Every batches included more than thirty people because of this teacher not pay attention to everyone. Secondly, the style of the teaching was not appropriate sometimes things can not be explained.

Lastly, I will recommend other people please don’t joining this kind of teaching classes because they will manipulate students how they teach them English with in two months but reality will be different .
