I am writing this letter to inform a concerning situation that happened to me yesterday with one of your products.
Last week I bought two brand new pair of shoes in your online store. I paid for the delivery, so yesterday in the morning they were in my house,
One of them was in perfect conditions. It was clean and exactly what I paid for. However, the other pair surprised me in a bad way. When I took them out of the box, I could tell they were dirty and had been used multiple times.
I am entitled to make a claim for the value of the above mentioned item and request that and request that you send me details about how to proceed.
