As the production and usage of cars is increasing rapidly, making it to come to a conclusion of widening the roads and also improving the road system. But in accordance towards its expenditure, some says that government is responsible for the finance part, whereas others argue that it is the drivers responsibility. In this essay, i will be covering both the views and I will be giving my opinion at the end of the essay. Some believes that, as the population is increasing, more and more cars are to be seen in the roads. Which ultimately brings up the development decision towards road system, Making the government to take the full responsibility, it is true that citizens are paying taxes to the government, hoping for the government to take the full responsibility for the development of the country. Especially from road system to everything. For instance, government is applying taxes on each and everything that a common citizens are trying to acquire. Making a good amount of money through tax is an obvious reason for the matrix to do the needful by upgrading the road system. While on the other side of the argument some says, drivers should be taking the responsibility of covering the cost towards the road system, as people believe its their own country. In conclusion, what I really believe is that the majority of the costs should be spent by the government and remaining expenditure by the heavy vehicle drivers as they carry heavy loads which destroys the roads as well as occupy much space of it. But I don’t agree with the normal drivers who owns the car should take the responsibility how much band would i score ?
