Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding cancellation of my recent enrollment in part- time course of 3D origami in your place due to unforeseen circumstances and gradually request you to suggest another course.

I was enrolled in 3D origami course from 10th of December which is started in next week and it made me curious to explore more about this field as I have keen interest in this course to pursue it as a hobby.

Also, I never want to miss this opportunity because it is a great chance to enhance my skills, however, there is some important project held in my office which has deadline of same days so I have to cancel this course.

Moving further, It would be great if you can suggest me some another course in next month according to my interest and job requirements. It would be appreciative. Will waiting for your reply.
