The firts stage, begins with refrigerating vat milk for 4 temperature. After that, pasteurisation heating up to 63 temperature for 30 minutes to kill bacteria. Next, milk is cooled down to 30C and reboiled to another contanier, where starter is added ripen milk.
At the middle of the procces , after 30 -60 minute coagulant such as rennet making stirred whey from milk. A a result, the curds is ready and this process takes about 30 minutes. Finally, the fifth stage is cutting ready curds into grains, whic is evantually from cheese
