If people work on themselves, they would be ideal, which is the key to success. Take Ronaldo, as an example; he did not have anything when he was a child. He had an interest in football and wanted to become a professional soccer player. He always trained in the stadiums and went toward his target. All challenges and his stamina led to him becoming a world-class player. Moreover, other jobs also have difficulties; without working through them, employees cannot achieve a higher position at their job.
