Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to get more informations about the work-related seminar that is going to held in India, Delhi. I am interested in participating in it. However, upon visiting your website, I could not find the further information regarding the dates, program details, accommodation and cost. I hope you do not mind answering my queries regards to them.

I am a teacher residing in Nepal. The seminar on classroom management by Ron Clark seemed to be very promising. I do not want to miss out. I would like to know about that hall and the place the seminar is going to conduct, the starting and ending date of seminar. How many day will it cover?

Besides these, is there any facilities provided to your participants? Or do we have to arrange by ourselves? Additionally, I would also like to get the information on the total cost I have to bear while being in Delhi.
