The main chalange for student when they finish their postgraduate or bachelor degree is to find a job that will be related to their speciality and provide them the suitable salary. Universities must plan their stratigies to ensure that their student are connected strongly with the needs of the workforce and they can role smoothly during the work system and that cannot optained without giving them the necessary knowledge and the practice require.
