Dear Jason,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to tell you that I am willing to organise a meetup with our friends from the college.Since it has been 10 years since we graduated, I decided to plan this anniversary and I will need your help in this regard.

I would like to plan a get-together with our friends in the restaurant at Robson Street. It will be a short meetup with a dinner, during which we will hangout and talk about our careers and what we have so far.

As it has been 10 years, we had no such gatherings, therefore I am planning to rewind our memories by projecting a video compiled with our photos and videos that we captured during our college days. As it will be holiday week in December so everyone of us will be able to join without any issues and it will be best time to arrange this.

Considering these planned activities, I will need some help from your side. I want you to ask everyone to send you all the pictures that they have, so that we can make a short video compiling them with some relatable sound tracks. Meanwhile I will arrange booking and payment.
