The floor plan compares the layout of an office building as it is now and its planned development. Overall, the office building will undergo a significant change; the number of office rooms will be the same and will be expanded, which will come at the expense of dining rooms. The building will become less green to make way for a socialising and seating area.
In the current layout, there are two grass areas on both sides of the map. In the future, they will be transformed into an outdoor seating area with chairs for relaxing, while the right side will feature a coffee station. Adjacent to the grass area, a kitchen and canteen are located, which will be removed and give way to office rooms. However, the storeroom in the north-east will remain intact.
Following the map, the entrance that is near the grass area will be unchanged. Offices near the main entrance will be expanded, and the entrance will link these two offices. Additionally, the shower room that is situated on the east side will be relocated to the top of the map near the coffee machine.
