Then cleaned fruits are sent to the next stage where smashing is applied. Once smashed, a machine is produces two products: olive paste and olive stones. After that, olive paste is packaged in bag with holes. Having been packaged, they are pressed by machine, before oil and water are separated. In final stage oil is packed in bottles for storage and sell in the supermarkets.
