Dear Sir or Madam.

Good morning.

My name is Nicole and I have just graduated university recently, and I majored in Japanese Culture and Literature. I am writing this letter to express that I am very interested in the ‘Ganbatte!’ volunteer program that you offered on your website, and I found out about it through an advertisement while I was watching videos on YouTube, and it piques my interest as it is a volunteer program to teach Japanese children basic English and I happen to have experience volunteering to a similar program for a year while I was studying abroad in Japan. I have seen the details of the volunteer program, and I am excited to teach basic English, crafts, and even share our culture to the kids.

I have some questions that I would like to ask through this email. First, will your company hold a screening for the volunteer candidates? And if yes, how many candidates are you willing to choose? Second, should the file of my ID photo be in .jpg or .png? Third and my final question, how long will the application process be? Will it go for a month or two?

I would appreciate it if you could answer my questions as soon as possible as the deadline for the application is in 5 more days.
