The diagram illustrates the process of making jam from the fruit until it is served.
The process begins by thoroughly cleansing 4 kilograms of fruit with tap water. After cleaning the fruits, they are mashed in a bowl with a masher. 1 cup of water, a quarter cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of peanuts are added to the mashed fruits and mixed with a ladle steadily for 10 minutes at high temperature. Two more cups of sugar and four more cups of water are added to the mixture and it is kept in high temperature for another half an hour.
After half an hour, the mixture is poured in four different containers, which are then closed with a tight lid. These containers are kept to rest for at least one hour until it is served to the family for breakfast. In this process, jam is freshly made and served to consume from fresh fruits.
