The bar chart compares the percentages of patients in three hospital wards (Holly, Maple and Oak) who rated four aspects of their stay as “very good”. Overall, Holly Ward received the most favourable feedback in every category, while Maple generally recorded the lowest scores; the only exception was waiting time, where Maple slightly outperformed Oak. The highest ratings across the wards were given for the quality of treatment, whereas views on waiting time were comparatively weaker.
In terms of staff, Holly led by a wide margin, with close to 90% of patients giving a top rating, compared with just under 70% in Oak and about 55% in Maple. A similar pattern can be seen for aftercare: approximately 88% of respondents in Holly reported a “very good” experience, while the figures fell to around 70% in Oak and roughly 50% in Maple, marking the lowest result on the chart.
Ratings for treatment were also strongest overall. Holly again topped the list at about 90%, followed by Oak at around 80% and Maple at roughly 70%. By contrast, opinions on waiting time were noticeably lower: Holly still ranked first at about 75%, but Maple stood at approximately 55%, marginally higher than Oak, which was just over 50%
