I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the facilities at your gym. I joined the membership two months ago in order to improve my health and well-being. Unfortunately, the services provided have not met my expectations.
Although the ambience of the gym is pleasant and welcoming, the maintenance and overall management are quite disappointing. Firstly, the sauna and shower rooms are often untidy, which makes members uncomfortable using them. Moreover, several treadmills and weightlifting machines are not functioning properly.
In addition, the gym becomes extremely overcrowded during the evening hours, making it difficult to complete even a basic workout. For instance, I often struggle to finish three sets of a single exercise due to the long waiting time for equipment.
At the time of joining, I was assured that the gym would be thoroughly sanitized every week. However, this does not appear to be the case. Furthermore, the yoga instructor frequently arrives late, leaving members waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.
I would suggest improving the training of the cleaning staff to ensure better hygiene standards. Additionally, implementing a time limit for using equipment could help ensure that all members have fair access to the facilities.
