Dear Mr. Patel,

I am writing to formaly update to regarding my upcoming relocation to our new office.

As you know that, our unother branch is opening in Bangalore withing 2 months. Which I assume would be as same environment with different people as we have in current office. I am planning to shift my current position in your office to that new office in new city. The reason for shifting is family concern. My father has recently got trasfer order along with promotion in Bangalore city.

Therefore, I also have shift with my parents. Unfortunattly, yesterday, I got a news about shifting in 1 week so, it would be great if you could provide me a detail information regarding a location of that new office and if I got a job role in same current position it would be beneficial to continue my work more precisely.

I’ll make sure that all my current project work will be completd withing a due date. However, if it’s not finish before my last day, I will handed over to my colleauge to complete the remain withing time limit.
