First of all, applicants attach their application if you passed through you will be invited to qualifying interview. Here you will have conversation about your experience and yourself. After you have two way:first is Don’t Meet Basic Qualifications,in that stage you would not employed ,in other way you would take aptitude test.
If you passed the test you would face six-months probation. In that phase employers checks could you work or not. After company gives you extra six-month evaluation to rate your skills. This is final stage where company decide your future, would you get work in this company or they send you rejection letter.
