The maps illustrate the current layout of Hunderstone town and a proposed development plan for the future.

Overall, the town is expected to undergo significant changes, including improvements in transport, replacement of the airfield, and expansion of road connections. The new plan aims to make the town more accessible and modern.

At present, Hunderstone has an airfield located in the northwest, which is connected to a roundabout and the A1 road. A railway line runs from north to south, dividing the town into two parts. To the east of the railway, there is a built-up area with a town center surrounded by a ring road. A gas station is situated near the railway line.

In the proposed plan, the airfield will be removed and replaced by an industrial estate. The road system will be improved, as a new road (A4) will be built in the south, connecting both sides of the town. In addition, a new roundabout will be constructed near the railway to improve traffic flow. The town center and ring road will remain, but they will be better connected to the new road network.

In conclusion, the future development focuses on better transport infrastructure and replacing old facilities with more useful ones.
