Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to apologise for the damage I have caused to your snow removal machine which I borrowed from you two days ago.
I am extremely sorry that I would not be able to take care of your machine which you handed over to me with trust and confidence. I am feeling atrocious about this whole scenario.
Actually, last afternoon, after an extreme snow storm, I started removing snow from my driveway with your snow removal equipment. In the begining, the machine was working absolutely fine, but after few minutes, it suddenly stoped working. Then I opened the front part and found that a stone got stucked in there. I tried my level best to fix it, but unfortunely I could not succeed.
So, I would like to compensate for the damage that occured because of my negligence. Can you please tell me the price of this machine, so that I can send you the money. Or can I buy the similar kind of machine for you?
I hope you will reply me back with a possible solution soon.
Sincerely yours,
Arpit Kaur
