I want to geninuely apologize for the damage that occured to the blender, I was running really late while trying to prepare breakfast and get ready for work alongside, the blender was placed on the edge of the kitchen cabinets after using it, while rushing to dish my food, my hand shifted the blender unknowingly due to the rush, that was how the blender fell and broke.
I placed an order of the exact brand of your blender on temu, but it is yet to be shipped, i was told it is going to take about 2 weeks for the blender to be delivered. I know this must have caused a lot of discomfort on your end whenever you need to make use of the blender. I promise to make one available pending the time your new blender gets delivered to you.
