Overall, it is clear that women’s clothes were the best-selling item in all seasons, while the sales of other items were significantly lower, compared to women’s clothes. The least popular category throughout the year was jewellery.
In winter, the sales of women clothes accounted for $40000, which was the most widespread item. In addition, the figure for men’s clothes, sports equipment and cosmetics remained relatively same and made up about $30000. Jewellery generated the lowest sales at $20000.
By contrast, during spring and summer, sales of women clothes increased significantly, to $60000 and $80000, respectively. A similar upward trend can be seen in cosmetics and men’s clothes. Sports equipment experienced moderate fluctuations and constituted for $40000 in spring, and $25000 in summer.
In autumn, all items increased dramatically and reached their peak. Income from women’s clothing made up the highest figure at around $110000. Cosmetics and jewellery also demonstrated strong performance, with sales of around $45000 and $50000, respectively.
