The picture describes the process of making jam from the fruit.
Overall, the process comprises a number of steps, beginning with washing fruits, followed by mashing, cooking and packing stages, and concluding with separating for each family.
At the beginning of the process, 4kg of fruit are washed inside the sink with full water before which they are mashed by masher. Subsequently, the fruits are cooked at high temperature for 10 minutes after putting in 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of peanuts and one more ¼ cup of water.
The process continued with adding 2 more cups of sugar and 4 cups of water while the fruit was being cooked for half an hour. Once they finished cooking, the jams were categorized and poured carefully in several containers before being closed by lid and kept for an hour. Finally, jams are separated in each family for breakfast purposes.
