I am writing this letter to raise a dissatisfaction with the car which I bought from you and the terrible customer service I had with your company.
Last month I purchased a car and since last two weeks I have some issues with it, so I try to call on the customer service number provided and also registered my complaint also had send many messages and emails but I got no prompt response from your team. As a customer this is very frustrating and I am highly disappointed by service.
The car which I bought has started making a vibration sound in it’s engine and also the cooling system is not working propely. It would be great if your expert team can see through my car as I am covered under 1 year warranty.
