The supplied table depicts the percentages of men and women employment in different sectors, in three countries including USA, Canada, and Germany in 2021.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that in technology, manufacturing, and finance fields employment rates of men were the highest, while in education and healthcare fileds women were more predominant.
To begin with, ragarding the men prevalent sectors, in all countries technology employment rate varied between 60-70% for men and 30-40% for women. However, in Germany men employment constituted the highest percentage, while women employment rate made up the lowest, 70% and 30%respectively. In finance sector, both males and females employment rate were in range between 42%( women in Germany) and 58%(men in Germany), despite a little gap, in favour of men. In contrast, in manufacturing, about 75% to 85% were men, while other 15% to 25% were women.
Turning to women dominant sectors, in education sector males in all three countries comprised roughly one-third of the whole share, simultaneously women employment rate accounted for about 65% to72%. While in healthcare, from one-fifth to one-fourth of the employees were males, and 75% to 80% of employees were women, accordingly.
