Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been covered by your insurance company for the past 4 years. I have recently been to the Blue Beach Resort, where I lost a valuable item, and I am writing this email hoping that my insurance for lost items will compensate it.
With regard to the lost piece, it is a silver locket with a picture of me and my mother. I have been wearing it for the past 10 years. I recieved it on my 15th birthday, not to mention that it holds a special value since it is from my late mother!
To be honest, I discovered that I lost it after I had returned to my hotel room. The last time I was wearing it, I was sunbathing on the beach. After that, I went for a swim then I left to the change room and headed back to my room, where I sadly noticed I was not wearing it. I doublechecked the previously mentioned places and found no trace of it.
It would be great if your company can cover the expenses of ordering a new one. It is a custome made locket, and it is hand-made by a local silver shop here in my town. I am looking forward to hearing from you Soon.
