Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express our dissatisfaction regarding our visit to your restaurant. In this letter, we intend to complain about several problems below.
To begin with, we were celebrating a birthday party for a member of our family on Wednesday, 17th of December. We had booked a reservation a week before the occasion. All the details, such as the number of seats, menus, time, and duration of the party, etc., were already noted by the staff. Nonetheless, on the celebration day, two members of our family did not have seats, so we had to take additional seats from another table.
In addition, we had already asked for a combined table for the whole family, but in fact, it was separated. This situation reduced the sense of togetherness since we had to split, and it was difficult for us to have great conversations.
Another point I want to mention is that the menus were incomplete. We inquired about ten normal dishes and two for vegetarians; in reality, there were no vegetarian menus set on the table.
According to those reasons, we are extremely disappointed and sincerely hope to receive a partial refund of the money we paid.
We hope this letter serves as constructive feedback for your restaurant and encourages improvements in the quality of your service.
Sincerely,
Watson Family
