Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I recieved the product I purchased from you last week but it is damaged and it can not be used. The product concerned is a black laptop bag that I need for my work trip that is going to be next month. The bag has two main issues. Firstly, the zipper is broken so I am not able to close it. Secondly, the bag is smaller than the one I ordered and it does not fit my laptop. I am sure that I purchased the 15 inches version because I double checked the order confirmation email I recieved after the payment. However, I think that the right size with no broken parts would be perfect for my needs. I have already ordered from your shop a few times and I believe this is a mistake that can be easily solved. In fact, I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement.
