On the one hand, some individuals who support that the young generation should not take part in unpaid work because in their free time they can develop their knowledge and skills through study which helps them adapt to their workplace faster and with more knowledge. For example, students who focus on their education often gain more knowledge in their job, helping them to perform better, when they start their work.
On the other hand, many people assert that the young generation should participate in unpaid work in their free time because it assists them gaining valuable experience. People can learn the process of the work and try to repeat these tasks, helping them to gain more knowledge from it. For instance, when an experienced worker and a well-educated worker start working an experienced worker often perform better than studied worker because studied worker lack practical experience with their jobs. In addition, the young generation helps the community to address minor problems. Paid workers can spend a lot of time to their minor works, in consequence they do not have enough time to important tasks. Teenagers can help them to complete minor tasks, allowing professionals to work more efficiently.
In conclusion, I believe that the young generation taking part in unpaid work in the free time over not taking part because It helps them gain much more experience and spend free time effectively.
