I would like to talk about a hotel that I stayed at on holiday with my friend. We went to Northern Europe, specifically Berlin, and it was a four-star hotel that my friend gifted to me for my birthday. I appreciated this service not just because they were all kind and friendly, but for many other reasons. For instance, we arrived in the city four hours before check-in, but when we asked, they let us enter our room with no issues. They also had a lot of amenities; for instance, they had restaurants and mini shops where I bought souvenirs for my parents. Additionally, there was always someone available to help you, even late at night. For example, my friend felt ill with her stomach, so I went around 3 AM to ask for something to boil water, and they provided it to me at no extra charge. It was very exciting. They also had a beautiful indoor pool, which we used a lot during the winter because it was heated. It was an unforgettable, memorable, and relaxing holiday, and I really recommend this hotel to others.
