Dear Sir or Madam,

Previous week, I celebrated my birthday with my mates at your restaurant, the one at Oxford Street. Me and my friends had a wonderful time dining at your restaurant.

To start with, the food was scrumptious and freshly cooked, the server really did suggest some great dishes. The waitress who served us did an exceptionally good job, they were moving back and forth for us just to make our visit memorable.

We also enjoyed the restaurant’s environment, the dim lights and the decorations was pleasing. Every guest were treated with respect and honour, which was quite fascinating.

However, I would like to make a suggestion to improve the things. It would be awesome if you could open more branches in different areas, also increase the space of the car park, we had to park across the street as there was no space infront of the restaurant.

Overall, it was a great experience and would love to visit the restaurant again. Thank you for your service.
