The map illustrates two maps which is area of town called Norbition. One shows current state of the town and the other one what is expected to look like after development of the town.
Overall, Norbition faced extensive change in the area, with factories turning into housing and a new bridge construction over the river to connect a new road and a residential area planned north of the river. In the future, the town expected to have shops, medical center, playground and school.
In current area, farmland on the north which does not have any bridge to cross over the river. On the area eight factories placed, while on the west there is a small city. Additionally, a roundabout placed center of the area.
in the future, it is expected to replace the factories by housing and a new bridge constructed to connect a new road and a residential area planned north of the river. Moreover, new amenities like shops,medical center, playground, and school planned to build. In contrast, a redesign of the roads includes a roundabout at the center of the southern road, agriculture expecting to decrease due to the new bridge placement.
