With the development of technology and generations, the number of young leaders has increased compared to the past. This essay will discuss the main reasons for this trend and argue that young people taking on leadership positions do not always have completely positive impacts.
There are several reasons why the youth are now participating in leadership. First of all, young adults tend to be more creative and innovative, a vital key to success for leaders of all kinds. For example, these days, young generations in high positions often require fresh ideas, which help businesses attract investors and reduce violations. Moreover, young people can easily adapt to and catch up with technological advancements. With extensive technology knowledge, this enables them to apply different approaches in constructing and developing the teams they lead. Lastly, young adult managers are available because they change their attitudes gradually. These days, companies tend to appreciate creation, innovation, and ideals, regardless of age. With these reasons, I definitely believe that young people can prove a positive development.
From my perspective, young leaders do not always prove the situation positive. The main reason is that younger generations are more adaptable to social problems. However, young people usually lack experience. This means they can interact with familiar problems, but cannot appreciate challenges that have a wide view. As a result, these problems can challenge them due to their younger ages.
In conclusion, the young are believed to take over as leaders. Although there are some drawbacks, I believe that this is a positive trend, regardless of their lack of experience.
