Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the defective mobile phone buyed recently on July 25th, 2026 at your establishment.I got this 5g vivo V12 smart phone from the local mobile store named, ‘ Mobile world’, near Azeba signal at muscat.
Concerning to deffects in the phone, firstly, from last 2 days, mobile is not showing internet connectivity, on connecting to mobile data. Secondly, the device began experiencing sudden shutdowns and frequent screen freezing from yesterday. Unfortunately, I am not able to use the brand new phone in effective way.
As the product is clearly vague, Ikindly request you to get an instant replacement of the initial defective handset to the new one of the same brand, and if this condition is not possible, then to issue me total refund of the payment.
I look forward to your prompt response and swift resolution to the matter.
