Dear Store Manager,
On the 6th of December, I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max from your store. I have been experiencing some issues with the model since the day I bought it. In the beginning, it kept restarting on its own after every 5-6 minutes. For that, I did a forced restart and then checked for any updates needed. After doing a complete update it went to normal and functioned just fine. But after a day, the problem was back.
I tried to call customer service they said the same thing to try to restart and update. After trying multiple times, it shows no change. Because of this, I have been facing day-to-day challenges with my work and daily life routine.
I would like a new set of the prompt device or a complete refund of the amount, as it was fully paid out. I do not have any vacant time to visit the store again. I would like you to send the new device by delivery, and for the return of this device, I can do it next week, or you guys can have someone pick it up from my location, the address is the same as billed.
