Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope that you are fine.

I am writing because I just moved to this neigborhood and I really like it because the enviroment is pretty peacefull and people are so kind.

However, I noticed that the local park is disrepair. I feel a little dissapointed about that because one of the most important places for me to relaxing is the park, where I can feel the nature and have a good time with my friends and family. Actually, chairs in the park are broken and the plants needs care. Additionally, games for childrens are broken too and that is so dangerous.

I strongly belive that if your staff make the changes that the park needs more people could be happy and satisfied with the neigborhood where they live. It is important to change this situation because all people wants a park where they can be safe and can enjoy good moments there.

Also, the town needs that the mayor take actions in order to improve the plants and flowers which are an essential part of the nature. In that sence, mayor could pay for a staff that can plant more threes in the area and take care the flowers that still alive. Furthermore, ideally we needs new chairs for the park to feel more comfortable.
