I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to complain my insatisfaction about your product. First of all, I bought a smartphone in your store last week. It was a new phone and still sealed. The first two couple of day , when I used it at home was no issues. However, yesterday , a problem was happen about the charger. The mobile phone could not received any tension, any signal on the battery’s icon that it shown on charged.Secondly , I already checked with my sister cable but it was the same problem. So I would to ask you if it could rechange or fix my phone as you given us a garranty ticket.
